Hi, I'm Dana. I'm a certified counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychopathy Association (CCPA).  I'm also a human and recovering people-pleaser.

For over 15 years I have supported women to overcome the obstacles that get in the way of living a full and meaningful life.

If you are struggling to show up as yourself in this world, not feeling “good enough,” feeling stuck, rejected or broken, I'd like to help. Central to my practice is my belief that you are the expert on you.  Your story, your challenges, your motivations, are unique to you.  Together, we'll explore what works best, so you can start making positive changes.

Maybe you're here because you're tired of...

worrying about what other people think of you

turning to food or other compulsive behaviours for comfort

overthinking every interaction

heartache

feeling like an imposter

struggling to get your life back on track

You may appear like you have it all together on the outside, but inside you're overthinking, criticizing yourself, feeling emotionally exhausted or just avoiding things that feel too hard right now.

You don't need a diagnosis or the right words to reach out. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, develop new ways of responding to life's challenges, and help you build a healthier relationship with yourself. My goal is to help you feel more confident, more connected, and more at peace with who you are.

I specialize in supporting women who struggle with low self-esteem, body image concerns, compulsive eating, depression, and relationship challenges that may be rooted in attachment wounds, early trauma.

What you can expect

A Compassionate Space

We begin with curiosity and care. There is no pressure for you to know what to say or where to begin.

Thoughtful, Evidence- Based Approach

My work is trauma-informed and attachment based and draws from ACT, EFT and ART. Rather than using one approach for everyone, I tailor our work to your needs,

Meaningful Change

We build new ways of responding that feel compassionate, practical and sustainable.
